Senior Home Alarm

Looking for a software solution that will not make system unstable. Have had bad experience with Norton, ZoneAlarm, & Panda. Does not have to be all-in-one solution just want a program or programs to do basic firewall & antivirus.

I’m a senior in high school. My GPA is around 4.65 weighted and 3.82 unweighted. My extracurriculars are only NHS, Science NHS, and leadership. I have only about 140 hours of community service.
My test scores: SAT reasoning: 1960(I’m retaking it)
Biology E subject test: 640
US History subject test: 700
AP World history: 3
AP Biology: 4

I’m extremely worried. I’ve worked my entire life to get into a good college but I’m afraid it may not be enough. If you have any suggestions for good programs/activities that I could be involved in, PLEASE share.
