Would you agree with this statement hearing it for the first time?

<< I really need help, I'm stuck in a situation that I don't know how to get out of?  How can I get Obama fired and put some one who cares about the U.S. to take his place? >>

Majority-Muslim countries around the world are filled with extraordinary people who simply want to live their lives and see their children live better lives, just as in America. Indeed, part of what makes America great is having nearly seven million Muslim Americans living here today and enriching our culture and communities.

We can extend that kind of relationship abroad. It won’t always be easy, but if we make an effort to bridge our differences rather than resigning ourselves to animosity, we can move toward a more peaceful world over time.

Thank you,

check out this site, and if you are able to bear it…the articles on indonesian children…warning, quite graphic in nature..use discretion. Would you let Obama know about this, David A. ?
Thank you all for the thoughtful answers. Our President lived in Indonesia…he surely knows what goes on there…

To your statement hearing it for the first time hearing what, the fact that christian americans hear muslim religion and then because maybe not totally sure of their own faith turn to be muslim ? And then finding out after marriage what its all about! Or hearing the Word of God for the first time through a Christian mouth there is no bridge to be build between the two beliefs at all there is two ways either muslim or Christian we only learn to live in peace with each other to the face of the world that’s all. In South Africa we have a much smaller country than America is and the different cultures and beliefs together is according to me far bigger than America can ever dream of and for this amounts I would say we are not doing to bad. But as far as faith is concerned you are either for Jesus Christ or you are not . Wanting to have a better Life for your kids simply means a faith decision you can be poor and still Live an honest Jesus life or you can be stinkinG rich and go to hell or live a hellish life ! Whats the worst dying with a disease and going to heaven o dying healthy and wealthy and entering hell ?

Of course. There are good people in every nation. My uncle was a missionary in Indonesia all his life. The people are beautiful. The radicals on the otherhand are very dangerous. He was tortured and treatened for sharing the word of God. This never caused him to loose sight of why he was there – the everyday people.

Though it is true that there is an element of enrichment to our culture. The first part I can not agree with at all. It is part of Muslim religion to conquer and force others to believe in Islam. That is how Islam has spread since it started. look in history of the region which was mostly Christian in early sixth century. Check history of Turkey. Islam was conquering religion from onset they are commanded to convert all others or kill them.
