What should I put on my medical ID bracelet/necklace?

I have a lot I can put on there lol.
I am on PD Dialysis so I know I should put that on there. Would it be better to put my allergies on there. Or a phone # and name for them to call [ which would be my dad who is a Police Officer ] Because I have so much info they would need. I’m actually not on any major meds like blood thinners or blood pressure..etc.. just vitamins and stuff.
So what would you advise putting on there?
Just need some suggestions please.
Also what do you think is more noticeable?
A bracelet or a necklace
If I was in a car accident I would want them to be able to see it.

As a Paramedic I would suggest a bracelet as it is where we normally look as part of the Head 2 Toe survey.
December 15th, 2009 at 7:21 amMost important is Allergies and any Severe Medical Condition that can be life threatening when not treated like Epilepsy, Diabetes, etc.
Do not put any non life threatening conditions or medications on it.
You can put a contact number on there as long as you are sure the number will not change soon, or that a jeweler can change the number on the bracelet when needed.

Remember when you register to a organization they will keep all your relevant medical information as we just call them and give the registration number allocated to you normally printed onto your bracelet.
Remember you can change the bracelet to gold or Silver while keeping the Medic Alert tag.

how about you wear both ~diagnosis on one & allergies on the other~also number them as in 1 of 2 ~~and 2 of 2 ♦
