College advice-Where will I get accepted?

<< Penn state 6/7 YEAR MED PROGRAM?  can someone please help me correct this? i also need to add at least three more sentences? >>

Just wanted to get some input on my college list:

UPenn
Michigan
Wake Forest
Northeastern

BC
BU
USC
Bentley College
American University
Fordham
Santa Clara
Cal
UCLA
UCSB
UCSD

My grades: 3.7 weighted (3.5 unweighted, my school is one of the top 100 in the country)
1 weighted class soph year (Spanish 3H)
3 weighted classes junior year (Humanities H, AP US History, AP Spanish Language. Got an A in Humanities B in the AP’s but 5 and 4 and the AP exams)
4 weighted classes Senior Year (AP Spanish Lit, AP English, AP Calc AB, AP Statistics, plus editor in chief)

Extracurriculars-
-Eagle Scout
-Editor in Chief of sports magazine and Boy Scout Newsletter
-103 Hours of community service
-President of the Sports for the Community Club President (donate used sports equipment to the needy)

I looking to study Economics

I live in California and am Chinese/Vietnamese

   I attend UCLA and am also Viet, Chinese and French. I had a 3.8 in high school and was not accepted at UCLA although I was accepted by Berkley and Irvine. I was set on UCLA, so I attended Pasadena City College and transfered there.

   Some say that UCLA has a rep for not accepting many Asians nowadays because there is a majority of Asians attending UCLA and that they are trying to accept more of the Hispanic population. I’ve also heard that you have a better chance of getting into UCLA if you are a transfer student.

   I can’t vouch for all the other colleges, but I am positive that your SAT scores account for a majority of your acceptance along with a high GPA.

   What is your SAT? What is your class standing? I don’t know if your school being the top 100 will make a difference, unless you are in a magnet school or something and actually had to apply and qualify to get into the school. I think you are a strong candidate for most of the colleges on your list. The exceptions might be UPenn, Michigan, and UCLA, but only because these are VERY competitive schools and it is hard for anyone to get into them, they have so many promising candidates. However, these schools are pretty big, so you still have a good chance. Good luck! and don’t worry about WHERE you will get in. worry about filling applications, and leave the acceptances to the admission committees.

   A lot has changed since I applied so I can’t say for sure, but not knowing your SAT score makes it difficult. More important then your grades and extracurricular activities is the ability to form a compelling narrative out of them.

   UC schools use an index that combines GPA and SAT score so without the SAT there is no way to tell. For USC nothing you have listed would disqualify you from admittance, but nothing you listed is enough to guarantee it either.
