How do I transfer to Oxford University?

<< Do I have a chance at getting into a good school?  Isn't it unhealthy to expect things from people? >>

I’m currently going to Northwest Mississippi Community College (I know it sucks). I was planning on going to University of Texas after a year at NWCC. My bro did the senior high schooler program and said Oxford was fantastic and I lived in europe when i was 6.
The Oxford website is confusing and doesn’t address tranfer.
Will Oxford take me now? Are there any international scholarships to cover tuition?
PS: I’m pre-med.

You may write to Oxford University about your situation
    Email: enquiries@medsci.ox.ac.uk
Enquiries department is there to provide all possible assistance and guidance you may need

You can’t. Oxford does not take transfer students.

You would need to apply to start again…and you’ve already missed the cutoff date for applications to start next October. Plus we don’t have pre-med in the UK – medicine is an undergraduate degree here.

Sorry, but you need to rethink.
