What can you get for a MIP, Open Container, and Shooting in a Roadway in the state of nebraska?

I got pulled over for shooting a 22 of in the road and alcohol in the car. i got an mip open container and shooting in a roadway. I live in nebraska. I took a breathalizer and was able to drive home. Im just wondering what i will get. Fines, community service or what? Im 17 and a senior in high school.

    You will probably get community service, an alcohol class, and depending on the judge, you might end up in jail for 24 hours. If the judge happens to be close to someone who was shot by a drunk guy, you’re pretty much out of luck (I had a judge whose parent was killed by a drunk driver for my DWI case…). Good luck.
