I need an Opinion on Two Stories that are interchangeable?

<< How come U.S. gives Mexico keys to open borders and amnesty?  Trespassers getting away? >>

I’m writing a story about a girl who’s half vampire half werewolf. I’ve labeled them one and two. Chronologically one comes first but I was thinking that I could write one as a prequale to one. Which one should I put first? Here are the plots:
ONE: In one the lead character is thinking that she is a mere werewolf when she starts to show her vampire traits. She isolates herself from everyone to hide her new found powers. As a result of being half and half she has a difficult time controlling her need to attack humans (FYI she’s a sophmore in high school). Since she lives in a community full of vampires and werewolves she has access to blood she can drink and suffices her need to attack until she meets Carmen. Carmen plays her little sister in the play she is in so they spend a lot of time together. Morgan suffers greatly and comes close to attacking her a couple of times – but holds herself in check until Carmen is out of her reach. One day Morgan snaps and attacks the first person she sees – her best friend. As a result Marcus (the best friend) becomes her frame (a part vampire whose a slave to the head vampire). Marcus by his own free will choses to let Morgan feed off of him to let Carmen live. All goes fine until Morgan and Carmen start to become close friends – every time Morgan sees her it gets harder for her to control herself. The permire night of the play Carmen tells Morgan that she has never had a better friend then her before – Morgan snaps and kidnapps Katy and takes her to a remote spot. Morgan is stopped just in time by Marcus (who can home in on her) and a doctor who specializes in hybreds (a half and half). Everyone finds out Morgan’s secret and Katy is replused and stops talking to Morgan. Morgan goes threw a depersion periods as Katy graduates and never talks to her again until one night she gets a letter from Katy saying she would like to still be friends. Morgan then embraces her new abilties.

TWO: Morgan is a senior in High School and has learned to control herself, but hasn’t talked to Katy since the end of her summer as a sophmore. Morgan has become eaily the most powerful person in her school, as a personal choice she doesn’t make friends with pure humans. Morgan has also discovered that she is devolping the traits of an elder (a vampire who becomes the head of a clan and has extra powers that enabled her to control a family) Morgan’s family is very proud that an elder came out of a hybred and Morgan takes up a role of leadership.
As her senior year progresses she senses a dark creature stalking a pure human, Morgan starts to keep vigil over the girl, until one day the thing attacks outside the school after everyone is gone, Morgan saves the girl and drives off the thing. Morgan takes the girl back to estate to prevent her from being harmed.
In the night Morgan finds the thing – kills it, but is bit by it in the process. The next night Morgan looses her discretion after dark and ends up attacking and killing several deer and horses this goes on for a week, until Morgan is captured by a group of vampires and give her a vaccine. They tell her that a dark-seeker was bit her and that the girl was being presued by dark-vampires, vampires that have commited sins and are no longer capable of living in the day. They also tell her that she is a Keeper or a light-vampire that protects humans from darks. Morgan in a rampage refuses to believe them and takes off.
Morgan finds herself protecting Hannah at every oppertunity from catching her as she falls down the stairs, to when she is almost hit by a car. Morgan seeks out the Keepers and they tell her it is in her instinct to protect those presued by darks (called Hunters). They tell Morgan to defend the girl as they hunt for the Hunter clan trying to get her.
Morgan ends up becoming friends with the girl and kills the elder of the Hunters, but not before being bit by him). Morgan turns Hannah, and then tracks down Carmen, but before Carmen can be bit a Keeper bites Morgan turning her back.
Morgan once again severes ties with her victim never speaking to Hannah again (who was vaccinated by the Keepers and turned back). Morgan decides to drop out of High School and earases her identiy and becomes part of the Keepers.

Yeah the carmen/katy thing confused me too. Personally i would do number one first. i’d like to have the background when i was reading the second one. I guess it might show what she used to be more like (attacking people etc) and why she at first couldn’t believe that she was their protector. We’d get to see the whole transformation
