Do you think that UGA would be a good school to transfer from to GA Tech. for Computer Sci. and Chemical Eng.?

<< people from tennessee....?  Can I get into Princeton? >>

I really want to go to GA Tech., but I am not entirely sure if I will get in.

So I was wondering that if this would be a decent high-school profile to get into UGA than transfer to GA Tech.

I am a junior in high school. And I am very good at Math and Science, they are my best and favorite subjects.

I have taken five honors classes so far. I am going to take 3 AP classes next year as a senior.

GPA is a 3.6.

SAT scores
Math: 700
Critical Reading: 580
Writing: 600

ACT:
English: 28
Math: 33
Composite: 26

I have done 60 hours of community service.
Activities:
National Technical Honors Society
Future Business Leaders of America
Student Ambassadors
Math Team
Robotics Team
Academic Bowl
and planning to do some others next year.

And have done things with Computers, Networking, and etc. outside of school.

So can you just tell me if this is good enough to get into GA Tech. or UGA.

And I want to major in Computer Science and probably major or minor in Chemical Engineering.

If you could get into the University of Georgia yes, you probably could transfer to Georgia Tech, but the University of Georgia has higher standards for admissions than does Georgia Tech, so if you don’t get into Georgia Tech, you are unlikely to get into the University of Georgia either. It is possible that you could get into either school, but not a given. Your statistics are on the lower end of what either school will accept, although the fact that your focus has been in math and science may give you a little leeway. Your extracurriculars are very good and may also help you out.
