I recently graduated from High School. Last year when I was a senior, throughout the entire year this girl who was in 10th grade at the time began copying me. Everyone thinks we look alike. At first I didn’t seem to mind, and I was sort of flattered, I thought it was harmless. But it has since spiraled out of control.

She began uploading picture to facebook/myspace, where her and a group of friends were making poses that were obviously making fun of me. My boyfriend confronted them and they took them down. Since then she has tried to weasle her way into my friend group, one at a time. I have always been a boy’s girl, I only get along with boys, so my four closest friends are all male. She began texting them, and trying to befriend them each.

After months of me pleading with him not to, arguments, hurt feelings and overall just a excruciating ordeal for me, my close friend started dating her. Our friendship began to crumble. We still talk, but it’s not the same as it used to be.

I thought that since I graduated, this wouldn’t be a problem anymore, but it still is. I’m going to a community college, and still live at home, and she’s still tormenting me. I’ve never even talked to her. She’s made several attempts to talk to me throughout this whole ordeal, but I’ve IGNORED every attempt, trying to be the bigger person. I blocked her and all her friends on myspace/facebook, but I recently discovered she’s been going on someone elses account just to view my profile.

I’ve recently been recieving random IMs and prank phone calls that I think she is behind. Nobody seems to understand how bothersome this is to me. Just because I’m 18 and she’s 16 I feel like I can’t do anything. I don’t want to fight, I just want to be left alone. Since I’ve graduated, she’s dyed her hair and made more attempts to look like me. And just the other night, on Halloween, she contacted ANOTHER one of my guy friends (the one she ISN’T dating) but he didn’t pick up.

What do I do in this kind of a situation? Like I said, I just want to be left alone. And I want her to leave my guy friends alone as well. I don’t care about the one she’s dating anymore, because our friendship will never be the same, but if she manages to wrap another one around her finger I don’t know what I’ll do.

P.S. All my guy friends are MY age and have all graduated and are attending college as well. The one she’s dating, is attending locally so they still see eachother. The other one, she called on halloween, is going to college out of state. And my boyfriend (who I consider one of my guy friends) has had my back the entire time and confronted her in the past asking her why she’s been so mean to me. We’re still together, and he’s aware of the situation still, but even he doesn’t know what to do anymore.
Kind of hard to get away from the high school drama when she’s prank calling me and still trying to force her way into my group of friends… Believe me, I would LOVE for this all to be over.
