What universities or colleges could I get into?

<< College help. Where to apply? What do to? Location?  Wanna hear it straight about gas prices? Read this...? >>

I’m currently a sophomore, but I’ve been considering universities a lot lately.
Last year, my overall average was a 95 (a 3.8 GPA, I suppose?) and I was involved in Yearbook. This year, my average this past term was a 98 and I’m involved in Yearbook, Key Club, Student Ambassadors, Art Club, and Future Educators of America.
I was in honors English last year and plan to be in it until junior year, and I’m going to be doing advanced Algebra 2 and advanced Pre Calc next year. Unfortunetly, my school only offers 3 AP classes and I will be doing 2 (English and American Government) out of the 3 in my senior year since the AP classes are only offered to seniors. My school isn’t really focused on academics, unfortunetly.
I currently have 100 volunteer hours and definitely plan to have a lot more by my senior year.
I also took a college-level Intro to Psych class at a local community college last summer and plan to do two more different classes this summer and two more the summer after that.
I took the PLAN test a few weeks ago and plan to get back the results in January. My estimate score in my mind is probably a 26-32.
I live in the Chicago area, if that gives you guys any information. I prefer schools either in more urban areas or in more rural areas, but I’m not a fan of suburban schools.
I definitely plan on applying to University of Wisconsin, University of Michigan, DePaul, and Northwestern (as my reach school), but I would love to look at other schools that might be an option for me. Thanks! :)

There is a lot of information on the internet that can help you. Different schools cater to differt arts and disiplines and many people change concentrations or majors. http://www.americaschoicetoday.com/Art-School.html

Assuming you get over 2000 on the SAT or 32 on the ACT, I’d say you can get into all of those (though Northwestern is a reach for anyone).
